We are a community-based organization focused on helping. California residents have a very high cost of living and qualification based savings programs don's always take into consideration how expensive it can be to live here. If you are concerned about qualifying for CARE for your Gas or Electric service, or if you've been removed from the program or may be in the future, let us help.
